Joe Scozzafava comes from a successful sales and executive management career in the technology sector working for companies such as Xerox, Apple Computer, and Hewlett-Packard over a 25 year span. While performing an International Marketing assignment for Apple, he traveled extensively in Europe and the Asia-Pacific Regions. Pursuing a second career in real estate has been a life long interest and he joined Realty Guild in 2009.

Joe grew up in Fairfield County and, other than 2 years in the Southwest U.S., has lived here his entire life. He and his family have lived in Darien, Rowayton, and Wilton, where he currently resides with his wife, Ann, who is an accomplished Mathematician and has taught in the Greenwich, Darien, New Canaan, and Wilton School Systems.

In addition to his in-depth knowledge of the local communities, Joe’s interest in architectural design and renovation gives him a keen eye in viewing properties for their utility, value and potential. He considers both the aesthetic “home” qualities as well as the investment value when making recommendations to his clients.

Joe received his BA from Western Connecticut State University and attended the London School of Business for an Executive Management Program. He enjoys Gourmet Cooking, Wine Tasting, and Classical Music.
